How do we collect data?
UKVD collect personally identifiable information through the following ways:
- Website forms such as Signup or Contact forms
- Payment gateways such as Paypal, Stripe and Braintree
- Text messaging
- Mobile application data input
- Our main API's
- Telephone interactions
How is your data stored?
Your data is stored on our cloud server platform spanning Google Compute Cloud, Amazon EC2 and Microsoft Azure. All cloud providers we use are
ISO 27001, SSAE16 / ISAE 3402 Type II, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS v3.2 & HIPAA certified. All backups of your data are performed within each compute clouds infrastructure
and all servers are full disk encrypted with REDACTED encryption. All data is stored on UK shores.
Some of your data is collected by 3rd parties such as Clicktale, Freshbooks, Neetrix and Google. We only partner with suppliers that are now GDPR compliant and are able to fully account for customer data.
