Website and Webservice security

All our external facing connections are secured with SHA256RSA end to end encryption utilising a tier 1 SSL provider. All our sites are stored at either Goole, Amazon or Microsoft datacenters and all conform to ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27018, SOC 1, 2 & 3.

Data accuracy and control

We operate a 3 tier change & review process where all data changes are tracked which not only includes any personal data we hold on you or your company but also our own internal vehicle data. We follow, where possible all ITIL processes around change control and evaluation.

Password hashing and security

All passwords are stored with strongly salted irriversable encryption by todays standards, but likely not withstanding quantum computing. UKVD is not able to view your password in any capacity and no support operative will ever ask you for your password. Password resets are acheived through a 2 factor authentication method.

Intrusion detection

UKVD runs a number of intrusion detection methods that exceed current best practices.

Sharing and transportation of data

At this time UKVD does not share any company or personally identifyable data with any 3rd party save for law enforcement requests. Data transport is then effected by way of secure login. No data is stored or transported outside of our data centers other than site to site transport between our secure centers.
